WATCH: Black flags shown, stones hurled at Shivraj Singh Chauhan's rally

<strong>New Delhi</strong>: Bhopal Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan who took out a huge rally in Sidhi on Monday faced hostility from people. During his Jan Ahsirwad Yatra, while Shivraj Singh Chauhan was in his vehicle, a group of people raised black flags to mark their disapproval, while some also hurled stones at the vehicle. Reacting to the incident, Minister of State for Cooperative Affairs Vishwas Sarang alleged that it was the handiwork of goons of Congress politician Ajay Singh. Chauhan is on a statewide tour ahead of the assembly polls. As per reports, the incident took place when the rally reached Churhat area which is about 25 kilometers away from the district headquarters and is the assembly constituency of Leader of Opposition Ajay Singh. An irate crowd gathered in front of his vehicle and started hurling stones as Chauhan waved at the crowd. Later addressing a public meeting in the district as part of his Jan Ashirwad Yatra, Chouhan dared Singh to come in the open and fight with him. "Ajay Singh, if you have strength come in open and fight with me," he was quoted by news agency PTI as saying.  "I am physically weak but I won't be bogged down by your deeds. People of the state are with me," he added.
