Prime Minister Narendra Modi turns 68 on Monday and is set to celebrate his special day in his parliamentary constituency Varanasi, where he is on a 2-day visit. As a return gift, PM is set to inaugurate and lay foundation stones for several development projects worth Rs 557 crores.<br />During his stay, Prime Minster is set to address several school and college students.<br />Varanasi is in full swing preparing for celebrating PM’s birthday. Several programmes and events are also being organised in the state; preparations for which are underway.
