\"Neta - Leaders\' Report Card\", an app that seeks to connect voters with political leaders, was downloaded over 1 lakh times on Google Play Store within hours of launch on Thursday.<br /><br />The app, which enables voters to rate their MLAs and MPs with an aim to bring transparency and accountability among political leaders, was formally launched on Friday by former President Pranab Mukherjee.
