Rafale Deal: Anil Ambani slaps notice against Congress spokespersons; threatens of 'legal consequences'

<strong>New Delhi: Anil Amabani owned Reliance Infrastructure, Reliance Defence and Reliance Defence sent a notice to Congress spokesperson Jaiveer Shergill, asking him to not speak on Rafale Deal.</strong> In the cease and desist notice, the leader has been asked to ‘restrain from speaking on Rafale deal’, failing which he has been threatened of ‘legal consequences’. The notice claims that several leaders of Congress have been making “derogatory, false, misleading, frivolous, baseless, and distorted statements on the matter”. It says that the leaders are doing to “suit their political interests”. It further says that the statements are “factually incorrect, speculative and exhibit their lack of understanding of the subject matter”.
